SIR. has always been shaped by the women who wear it.
Resort ’27 looks at the signatures that have followed SIR. through its first decade, then gives them a little room to misbehave. Sharp tailoring is softened and eveningwear is stripped back, with
open-backed jackets, low-slung skirts, sheer layers and lace appearing alongside fluid Satin.
The collection moves between polished and undone: a tailored jacket worn with very
little underneath; a silk floral ruffled dress with bare feet on the pavement; fringed, painterly
florals draped over the body as though pulled directly from a dining table. Familiar SIR.
signatures are revisited through new proportions, textures and combinations, creating a wardrobe that feels collected, confident and lived-in rather than overly considered.
The new collection is now in store at SIR. at the Strand Arcade. A dressing room concept store, thoughtfully designed to reflect duality: intimate in scale, uncompromising in intent.
