Australian Pork marked two decades of its iconic Porkstar Program with a celebration that paid homage to the versatility of pork and the amazing chefs that brought it to life. The Strand Arcade, was transformed into a glamorous dining room featuring two long tables that brought together a vibrant mix of Australia’s top chefs, industry veterans, and rising culinary stars.

PorkStar is Australian Pork's program for sharing knowledge to ignite passion for pork across the foodservice community, inspiring chefs and cooks across the nation to get more pork on menus. Launching in 2005, the PorkStar awareness campaign has been so successful that pork now appears on 8 out of 10 menus across Australia.

Hosted by The Restaurant Pendolino, the event showcased an imaginative array of pork dishes, from refined canapes to whimsical desserts, highlighting the endless possibilities of Australian pork. The evening included a bespoke menu created by some of Australia's best chefs, including Nino Zoccali from The Restaurant Pendolino, Brent Savage, Ben Williamson, Ryan Carlson, Paul Farag, Blaze Young, Thi Li and Lauren Eldridge—with heavy hitters through to emerging talent of the hospitality industry in attendance.

The evening was a true feast for the senses, filled with creativity, camaraderie, and culinary excellence.
